"Exceptional"
The breakfast was nice and there was an amazing Orange juice. The staff was also very kind and good to us. There is also nice pool for sunny days. The room was interesting and the bed was very confortable.

The room was excellent, the location is prime, and the breakfast at Ciao Bella was delicious. Media one is extremely accommodating to the customers. They have ladies' night, bingo night, and quiz night.. something is going on every night only if you want to participate. it's completely on the 8th floor.

Excellent Value - Clean rooms and the location was great. Most of all , the staff were so friendly and accommodating. I cant thank the staff enough. I had a beautiful check in!!

Modern hotel well located between marina walk and the palm. It was easy to reach by car and is quite close to the tram and the metro. The hotel has a parking and a valet parking. The personnel is extremely helpful. As an anecdote, there was a misunderstanding during the breakfast with my mother that doesn't speak english and they did everything to help her and even found a speaker of her language to communicate better with her. Excellent Hotel.

Qwerky hotel rooms. It's a bit tiny, however negligible, as vacations are meant for one to be out and about . Not stay cooped up in the hotel room. Valet parking was good. Walking distances to JBR and Dubai Marina. To the right of the Hotel there are many cheaper eateries, cafes and supermarkets.

The property has a great location, easy access to sheikh zayed road, JBR, Marina. Staff was super friendly. I liked their breakfast concept: buffet plus a la carte, so that you can order anything you like from the breakfast menu.

I booked this hotel due to its proximity to an office building where I needed to work for a few days. Having evaluated several options, Media One came out on top in terms of value. After arriving at the hotel around 2 am, Shahul pleasantly welcomed me at the front desk. He promptly checked me in and gave me an upgraded room with a view of the Palm Jumeirah. The room was like in the photos, more than enough for a single traveler. The room was cleaned daily, with a fresh bottle of water, towels etc. The hotel has a nice gym with 2 treadmills and several weight stations. The pool is nearby, so going for a swim after a workout is easy and refreshing. There are towels for you to use at both locations. You don't need to bring one from your room. Just make sure to bring a water bottle. The 'Garden on 8' restaurant has reasonably priced meals, around EUR 50 for a starter, a main meal, and a pint of beer. The Dubai Marina is less than a 5-minute walk away. Great for an evening stroll. The Dubai Marina Mall is around a 30-minute walk. I would definitely go here again on my next business trip to Dubai Media City.

The staff was super nice and always helpful. The room was also nice, with lots of storage space. The bed was comfortable (not too soft) and I really appreciated that 2 pillows were provided - one firm and one soft. There was a bathtub in the bathroom which to me was a big plus. WiFi worked well. We also liked the location, since it was close to Marina, and with good Metro connection to the city.

Staff is amazing. Always available and ready to find a solution (late check-out, fixing a safe not working, reservations, changing rooms). Services are amazing too because many restaurant options are available on site.

I have stayed at Media One before and have the same comments, amazing facility, great vibe, young and lively. the rooms are a bit small, perfect for one traveler. the staff is always amazing, friendly, professional, and always goes the extra mile. breakfast is very good and you have a choice of healthy and a kitchen that caters to all your "egg" needs :)
